Twice the options for your salt cellar. You can have two kinds of salt or salt and pepper right at your finger tips. I have been using one of the cellars for a flavored alder sea salt that I like to use with meats. I use the top cellar for the traditional Kosher salt that I cook with daily. Options are good!
