New in 2011 for the Colori knife line is this cool looking Melon Knife. It has a very fun Watermelon design is 11" of very sharp Japanese carbon steel. This serrated blade easily slices through melons and comes with the trademark Colori non stick coating. The handle is ergonomically designed to give you great leverage and control. This knife would also do double duty on large loaves of bread or could even slice large cuts of meat. While not essential in any kitchen, it sure does make a statement and come in handy all summer.
